A home inspection should be completed to determine that you are really buying what you think you are, regarding the condition of the property. Just as important, it will give you the opportunity to become better acquainted with your new home. A seller should have a consultation to determine those items in the home that should be considered for replacement, repair, or as a recognized negotiating point with a prospective buyer.

The professional home inspector is trained as a generalist to examine major components of a home and evaluate them based on the expectations of a client. The professional home inspector does an objective examination of the home. He or she is not subject to the stress, excitement and anxiety that may distract the home buyer.

Accompanying the inspector on your home inspection is probably the best possible way for you to get to know your new home. This allows you to ask specific questions and to get answers. Water Flow AnalysisA water flow analysis can give you additional information about a private well. A flow test will give you information about the well’s flow, pressure and performance. A basic water analysis is important to have especially for homes with private well water. Radon Testing
